A toned look can be difficult to achieve, even with exercise and training. CoolTone™ magnetic muscle stimulation bypasses the skin, fat, and nerves to selectively target muscles, triggering powerful muscle contractions that your body could not otherwise achieve on its own. After treatment, you will notice that your abs, glutes, or thigh muscles will be firmer and have a more toned appearance.
Ideal candidates are those that are already physically active and living a healthy lifestyle but are looking to increase strength and muscle definition of the abdomen, thighs, and buttocks.
There is no preparation required prior to CoolTone treatment. Comfort clothing and be hydrated.
During treatment, you will feel strong muscle contractions and tapping sensations. Sessions usually last around 30 minutes for each targeted area. Many people relax during their sessions. Side effects may include muscular pain, temporary muscle spasm, temporary joint or tendon pain, and redness at or near the treatment site.
Individual treatment results vary, but the before and afters should give you an idea about what’s possible with CoolTone™.
To achieve the best results we recommend a total of 6 treatments. These treatments take place 3 times a week for 2 weeks. For maintaining optimal results you should expect to come in for 2-3 maintenance treatments each quarter.
CoolTone is a great treatment option because there is no downtime! Some patients experience soreness similar to an intense workout but this should last only a couple of days.
